Refund Policy

GRĄŽINIMO TVARKA

Klientas įsigijęs prekę INTERNETU turi teisę per 14 dienų nuo prekės gavimo, nenurodydamas priežasties, atsisakyti prekės ir ją grąžinti.

Tokiu atveju:

• Prekės pakuotė neturi būti pažeista, o prekė kartu su pakuote nepraradusi prekinės išvaizdos ir pilnos komplektacijos.

• Prekė negali būti pradėta naudoti ar bandyta naudoti.

• Klientas apmoka grąžinimo/siuntimo išlaidas.

Klientas gavęs nekokybišką prekę turi nedelsiant susisiekti su pardavėju ir suderinti keitimo arba grąžinimo sąlygas.

Tokiu atveju:

• Prekė bei pakuotė turi būti pilnos komplektacijos.

• Pardavėjas apmoka grąžinimo/siuntimo išlaidas.

 

Pageidavimą grąžinti prekę Klientas pareiškia susisiekęs el. paštu: elanbaltic@gmail.com

Visais atvejais klientas atsako už prekės vertės sumažėjimą, atsiradusį dėl veiksmų, nebūtinų prekės savybėms ir kokybei nustatyti.

Po grąžinimo per 10 d.d. į Jūsų sąskaitą bus grąžinami pinigai.

REFUND POLICY

After purchasing an item online, the buyer has the right to refuse and return the item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

In this case:
- the product packaging must be undamaged, and the item and its packaging must be in good condition and contain the same items as specified in the order;
- the product must not be used or its packaging damaged;
- return/shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Upon receipt of a defective item, the buyer must immediately contact the seller and agree on the terms of an exchange or return.

In this case, the item and packaging must be intact. The seller covers the return/shipping costs.

In all cases, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item due to actions not necessary to determine the characteristics and quality of the item. After returning the item, the refund will be credited to your account within 10 days.
